We offer the solution! Our rooms are located in an old Berlin industrial estate, in a former factory floor in the middle of Kreuzberg. With a ceiling height of 4m, brick walls and the charm of an industrial loft, we offer you the perfect space for your project, your idea or your start-up.

You can find us at Skalitzer Strasse 33, between “Kotti” and “Görli”, in the first commercial building, exit B, right at the beginning of Oranienstrasse and therefore in the middle of the neighborhood.

Our rooms can be booked flexibly, are easily accessible and could be inspiring for you too! A small tea kitchen is available.
